Welcome to Sekura ELI, operated by Jupiter Soft (Kazakhstan). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product and Access

Sekura ELI is a digital English-learning platform. Your purchase grants access for up to 180 days and includes up to 60 interactive practice sessions. Access ends when either the 180-day period expires or all 60 sessions have been used, whichever occurs first. No physical goods or offline services are provided.

2. Payment

All payments are securely processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. Access to the platform is activated immediately after successful checkout.

3. Refunds

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. For details, see our Refund Policy.

4. Accounts

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Unauthorized automated use, sharing, or misuse may result in suspension.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” Jupiter Soft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
